Reservation and payment method:

Your reservation is accepted once we have received your deposit (50% of the total amount). We ask you to transfer this payment within 7 days after your reservation. After receiving your deposit we will confirm your reservation by email, your booking is then final.

The remaining amount can be transferred no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

If you arrive within 6 weeks of booking, we ask you to transfer the full amount.


You can cancel your reservation by phone or by e-mail. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

If cancelled up to 6 weeks before arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee. 

When cancelling within 6 weeks before arrival, you will owe the entire down payment.

We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance.

We will not refund you if you arrive later and/or leave earlier than the reserved date.

Cancellation by the lessor

If we, due to unforeseen circumstances, have to cancel the agreement, we will inform you immediately.

The full amount that you have paid us will be refunded to your account.

We are not liable for any consequences resulting from cancellation on our part.


Check-in is possible from 16:00 until 22:00. If you arrive earlier or later, please let us know by phone or whatsapp. ( +33 6 70 37 91 57)

Check out is possible until 10:00 am.

Fermette en France is not responsible for damage and/or loss of your belongings.
In case of damage to property of Fermette en France we will charge the amount of repair or replacement.
